Summer 2009 Storytime Information

Registration for Summer Stay Alone
Storytimes begins on Tuesday, June 2nd.

***Registration is on a first come basis
No Phone reservations are accepted***

Tuesdays
July 7, 14, 21	10:30- 11:15	Stories and More for Children entering Grades 1 & 2 - A 45 minute stay alone program which includes longer stories than those for the 4 & 5's, fingerplays, movement to music, and activities to enhance the children's listening, speaking, and participatory skill. Held in the children's program room. Registration is required. You may sign up for 1,2, or all 3 programs.
July 7, 14, 21	10:30	Family Storytime - all ages welcome with an adult. Held in the lower level resource room. No registration is necessary.

		No Storytimes scheduled.
Thursdays
July 9, 16, 23, 30	10:30- 11:15	Storycraft for ages 4 & 5 and Entering Kindergarten - A 45 minute stay alone program which includes longer stories than those for the 3's, fingerplays, movement to music, and activities to enhance the children's listening, speaking, and participatory skill. An easy craft is also included. Held in the children's program room. Registration is required. You may sign up for 1,2,3, or all 4 programs.
Fridays
Year Round	10:30	"Gather Round" Volunteer Reader Drop In Storytime. Held in the picture book area.
