Is Justice Served?
The American Jury System on Trial

Tuesday evening, February 19, at 7:00 PM
Merry Room, Lower Level.

Join us for a presentation about the American jury system and criminal trials with Assistant District Attorney Jeremy Beth Kusmin and Criminal Attorney Stuart Delano.

Attys. Kusmin and Delano will lead discussion on the importance of jury selection, insanity pleas, the application of Massachusetts law and more.

Jeremy Beth Kusmin is a 2002 graduate of New England School of Law. She is currently an Assistant District Attorney at Brockton Superior Court. Prior to this position, she served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Plymouth County Courthouse. Attorney Kusmin has read The Soloist and encourages readers to bring quotes, comments, questions and concerns about the trial in the book.

Stuart Delano is a Criminal Attorney with Sorrenti and Delano Law Offices in Brockton Massachusetts.

Free tickets to this event will be available at the library beginning on Tuesday February 5.
