Our Very Own Soloist Performs!

The community read, discussed, learned and listened! And now the Duxbury Free Library invites our readers to the culminating celebratory event of the community wide reading project with a soloist of our own.

Matthew Pierce,
principal cellist of the Plymouth Philharmonic Orchestra,
will be featured in an afternoon of music and surprises.

 

Matthew Pierce is a highly regarded and accomplished musician. In addition to his role as principal cellist for the PPO, Matt performs with many orchestras throughout New England and teaches at the South Shore Conservatory.

Free tickets to this event will be available at the library beginning on Sunday, February 24.
