HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?
Have FUN! Create an original video no more than 20 minutes long. Work by yourself or with friends. Get help from a teacher, librarian, or community access studio manager.

Entering participants must be 12 - 19 years old, ( but you can use younger people in the video with parental permission.) Content must be appropriate to be viewed by a general viewing audience. Submissions MUST include a digital DV and a DVD format. You must get artist permissions to use copyrighted music on your video. A good place to contact regarding this is the Copyright Clearance Center in Danvers, MA Submit it to Teen Services, Duxbury Free Library, 77 Alden Street, Duxbury, MA 02332 by June 30, 2007. The "Felix" Awards will be bestowed on Thursday, July 19, 2007
